this is sorry to say that in this job the initial pay is equal to the diploma holder engineer and this company required degree holder. Also they earn less then there senior because senior’s salary is 12090 basic+3600 grade pay=15590. in present this ads. company gives 9300+3200=12500.
finally in other state’s electricity company offer Assistant Engineer(A En) to degree holder engineer.
so think about your future
