Samoa Island Hit by Earthquake and Tsunami

A Tsunami occurred at Samoa Island at 1748 GMT with magnitude of 8.3. The Tsunami generated by this quake took toll of 34 lives. The toll is expected to rise as said by Dr. Dr Lemalu Fiu at a hospital in capital city of Samoa, the Apia.

Casualties were still ariving from the costal area.
