Bank of India invites the application for the post of Probationary Officers in General Banking Officers Scale – I, II & III. Post Code : 3, General Banking Officers Scale – III: 237, Age 24-35 years, E.Q. – Graduate with 60% marks & 5 years experience in Bank /Financial Institutions.

Pay Scale for Officer in various scales in Bank of India is as follows :
JMG (Junior Management Grade) Scale I : 10000-470/6-12820-500/3 – 14320 – 560/7 – 18240
MMG (Middle Management Grade) Scale II : 13820-500/1 – 14320 – 560/10 – 19920
MMG (Middle Management Grade) Scale III : 18240-560/5 – 21040 – 620/2 – 22280

Some Important Dates regarding Bank of India recruitment and Application Form

Last Date for Submission of Online Application : 30 November 2009
Date of Written Test : 24 January 2010

Selection Procedure : The selection process includes the written test and interview. The objective written test will includes 200 question carrying 300 marks. The Reasoning Ability test will consisit of 100 question carrying 150 marks, Quantitative Aptitude Test carrying 50 Questions of 75 marks, General Awareness 50 questions carrying 75 marks. This objective types will consist of total 200 questions carrying 300 marks.

The subjective type (Descriptive Test) question paper will be of one hour duration with 5 compulsory question papers carrying 100 marks.

Those candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for Personal Interview. The Interview will carry a maximum of 100 marks.
